Having dug out from the nearly three feet of snow we've gotten this week, it was time to sit back and enjoy the view.

It began snowing midday Sunday and continued unabated until the early morning hours on Tuesday. The National Weather Service estimates that Stevensville received 26"!!!

And still it snows

After a very mild winter here February has made up for the lack of moisture! It started snowing again Sunday midday and has dropped more than ten inches on us and it continues tonight!

 Charles has had a busy week at the church!

Blood drive

Charles took part in the Red Cross blood drive held at the church today, bringing his donation tally to nearly twenty units!

Seen on the road home

Charles was driving home from Hamilton today and spotted a Bald Eagle perched atop a power pole. It's not uncommon to see these birds around the Bitterroot Valley but it was to see one just hanging out!

Charles has been busy in the studio with four pieces currently in process, two in the basement and two on campus.

A gift of art

This morning Charles presented one of his paintings to a young man at our church. The painting had a train on it, a favorite toy of Elwyn.

A good week in the button room

It was a good week for Charles' collection with contributions coming from friends in South Dakota and Minnesota!

Charles completed another set of switch plate covers this week. It is a fun series that incorporates the techniques used in his larger work.
