We took the drive north to Hygiene this evening for the annual Hobo Dinner at the United Methodist Church. It was a lot of fun and we even bid on a great cake!

This morning Charles invited Judy Clark, our friend from Minnesota, to preach and celebrate communion with him. Before Judy and Leon left for Texas, Charles presented them with two of the light switch covers he had created just this weekend.
This evening, we met up with Dave McClay-Schulte (from our time in Stevensville, MT) and his brother, Dwight, at The Med for an enjoyable time of sharing and wonderful food!
Now to sit back and enjoy some tea and quiet time with Wesley!

A walk on Pearl Street
A new favorite place
We took our friends Judy and Leon to visit the Celestial Tea Company. The highlight was the tour of the only production facility of this Boulder-based famous company.

Judy and Belinda tackled a fun jig-saw puzzle in the newly reconfigured front room while Charles began work on some light switch plate covers for Judy and Leon's home in Minnesota. Judy surprised Charles with a delightful assortment of buttons for his collection!
All aboard!

Our first visitors

| History behind every bush |
We've welcomed our first guests to the parsonage, Judy Clark & Leon Hixon! Judy is a retired UM pastor that we knew from our time in Nebraska. Charles invited Judy to preach on Sunday, repaying his preaching at Judy's churches in Minnesota a few years ago.
Tonight we went to supper at the historic Colorado Chautaugua here in Boulder, our first time. Wonderful food and a superb view on a delightful autumnal evening.
