Charles took advantage of what is perhaps the last warm day (59°) we're likely to see for the rest of the month to get in a round of golf at Colorado National in Erie. An 82, his best of the year, included 10 pars!!!

A thought for today

God who intervenes in human form, during this Advent, may we come home to you with this deep knowledge: we are your children. Amen.

a hint of the season to come?

We woke this morning to a slight dusting of snow which we hope is a sign of things to come as we need all the moisture we can get this winter to avoid another fire season like last year.

Another day, another Zoom

Our church conference took place this morning, the second year in a row that we've met via Zoom. We are blessed to have an amazing church to work with!

 

December golf

On his way back from Colorado Springs this afternoon, Charles stopped at Fossil Trace Golf Course and got in nine holes on a picture perfect December day! A score of 41 made the stop an extra special one!

Art for everyone!

Charles presented everyone in the Center for Pastoral Effectiveness (Track 2) a painting he'd done using the colors that each person had told Charles they liked. He then interpreted those colors into a unique offering.
