It's been a busy year for Wesley with his tenth birthday taking place in March. Our home in Boulder is his fourth home in those ten years!

Wesley enjoyed countless hours of bird/squirrel watching in the backyard and following the entertaining activity on Gillaspie Drive. A two-day outdoor adventure in April and the bitter cold in December reminded him of the benefits of being an indoor kitty!

Wrapping up the day

We had a delightful 25th Christmas! We began this morning with a Zoom worship with twenty-three taking part including two of Charles' nephews. Following worship, we went to Romano's Macaroni Grill for Charles' birthday which included a birthday slice of cheesecake, Charles' favorite! Following two hospital visits, we came back home to rest and then open the wonderful reminders of the Christmas spirit from friends and family.

It's a white Christmas after all

An amazing weather event was ours this week, joining many around the USA in experiencing sub-zero temperatures, -17 and 6.5" of heavy, wet snow at the parsonage! It will be in the mid-50s by Monday but we should have enough snow to still count as a white Christmas.

Just in time for winter

The Amaryllis in Charles' office is blooming in fine fashion as winter begins along the Front Range. With sub-zero temperatures in store for us tomorrow, having some color on display is very much welcomed.

Today in Boulder

We took a tour today through the West Live Well Center of the Hotel Boulderado, the historic hotel in downtown Boulder. It was a wonderful experience to see a look back in time and see the ways the hotel is staying current.

Sammy's week

Sammy has made several visits to Charles' office this week which makes for pleasant mornings for everyone!
