Charles drove to Iraan to tend to some church work at the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) there, and then he had lunch with the wonderful folks who frequent their senior center.

Meanwhile, Belinda and her mother enjoyed attending the McCamey Garden Club's meeting which was held at Theodora Matthews' home this afternoon. Everyone appreciated the warm welcome that Ms. Theodora extended to us. The refreshments were delicious, and the program about spider plants was most informative!

And tonight, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Elena's Mexican Restaurant. Afterwards, Belinda participated in the first choir practice at the McCamey FUMC this year. Belinda's mother was there to support the effort. Beautiful sounds echoed throughout the church and in our hearts!
