Charles was in San Antonio this week, attending the third week of the Two-year Academy for Spiritual Formation. It was a good week! On Friday evening, as part of the schedule for the week, Charles went with his covenant group for dinner in the historic "El Mercado" area of San Antonio. After supper, there was time for a walk along the Riverwalk, an enjoyable session at the famous "Landing" jazz club.

Two of his group had never seen the Alamo and so a short walk later they were standing in front of the iconic landmark. They also spent some time walking around the brightly lit San Fernando Cathedral (the oldest Roman Catholic cathedral in the US).
