Charles wrapped up a large painting this week, the first in a series of large (48x60) paintings that will come from the seasons of the liturgical year. Ordinalis (Latin ordinalis, adjective formed from noun ordo, order, + adjective suffix -alis, all) speaks to the weeks that are numbered after Pentecost.
The other painting, "The Flatirons aren't flat," was begun Saturday, and will be entered into a call for art at R Gallery in Boulder (The theme is "Mountains, Peaks, and Waterfalls").
