A Visit to "The Ohio State University"

It is another gray day here in central Ohio which made tourist activities less than optimal!

We did make the drive to the mammoth campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus this morning which took us from a rural to an urban setting in 20 minutes! We made our way to the ROTC building where we would be meeting CAPT Noce and the Rev. Dr. Herb Goetz (CAPT, USN, Ret.).

The four of us met for lunch at the Blackwell Restaurant located on the campus across the street from the ROTC building. What a treat! Dessert was some homemade bananna pudding (made by the wife of an NROTC staff member). It was yummy!
Charles then met with Dr. Goetz to discuss some ministry opportunities in Ohio, and it looks promising at this point. Praise be to God for exciting opportunities to be of service!!!
(P.S. One picture above is a plate of buckeye nuts, which makes sense since we were at at The Ohio State University, home of the Buckeyes!)
