In May 2009, we were preparing to leave Sidney, Nebraska without really knowing where we were going to land. Nearly four years later and we're preparing to launch again without knowing just yet where that will take us.
Today we enjoyed worship at Oak Meadow UMC, a small church where we've worshipped several times before. We also enjoyed their monthly Communion Sunday potluck which provided a bounty of tasty treats to enjoy.
This afternoon, we returned to Oak Meadow for a special United Methodist Women gathering. The program featured a representative of Providence Place (formerly Methodist Mission Home) who shared the activities of this facility (located not very far from where we live).
