A cold day was in store for us on this Second Sunday of Advent!  Following a wonderful worship service, we joined a number of SUMC members at the Frontier Café for lunch.  Great group of people and some good food too!

After lunch, we drove to the historic St. Mary's Mission (the birthplace of Montana in Stevensville) which had a community-wide display of Nativity sets and snowmen.  Wow, there was a lot to take in!!  We'll be posting the pictures on Flickr later tonight.

Not content to rest, Belinda was a whirl of activity in the kitchen, making up ten dozen cookies for a cookie exchange at her work tomorrow.  It was nice to smell the goodness coming from the kitchen!

This evening, Belinda and her mother attended the monthly book club gathering of SUMC.  This month the group met at the home of joey diers.  Charles joined joey's husband, Dean, in the basement and enjoyed half of the Carolina-New Orleans football game.

It has been a frigid few days for us in the Bitterroot Valley but the forecast has us back above freezing by Thursday!
