The bitter cold of the past week retreated (currently it's 12F) and was replaced today with a steady snowfall.  Charles reckoned that we had between 1.5 - 2 inches of snow (officially it was lower). Since the temps are expected to rise into the mid-30s the rest of the week what we have won't be around for long.
