We had a real surprise this afternoon. While we were at the McCamey Convalscent Center this afternoon for the weekly worship service with the residents, it started to rain! We enjoyed watching for thirty minutes, as it kept coming down; what a treat for us!!!
Later this afternoon, we stopped by the First Assembly of God Church here in McCamey, to attend a reception for the coaching staff at the McCamey High School. It was great to see old friends and meet some of the newest additions to our community!
