May 1st was the National Day of Prayer and Stevensville resumed this event after several years hiatus. Charles took part in the time of public prayers during the noontime gathering at the historic St. Mary's Mission.  The Mission chapel was a perfect setting for a time of prayer.

In the evening, we joined several dozen community members at the Stevensville Senior Center for a spaghetti supper (prepared by the Masons and American Legion) and a talk given by former UMT star and NFL player (and son of two SUMC members), Scott Gragg.
