We had intended to go with our friends, Judy and Leon, to Duluth this morning, but the calm of the forest setting along the shore of Lake Linde lured us into another rest-filled day instead. We are planning on a busier few days coming up, and so the benefits of rest are not to be undervalued!
Yesterday evening, Belinda was able to figure out the cabin's DVD player, and with some movies to enjoy (along with some good SE Australian wine), the evening passed with a pleasant time!
We did come to the Aitkin library for some computer time, and Charles took advantage of the town barber's talents. Otherwise, it is simply a day to enjoy the late summer breezes and to celebrate the turning of another page on the calendar: Happy September, everyone!!!
