Our New Year's resoution: Get the house/church offices unpacked! Status: Making steady progress!!! We have had a minor set-back at the parsonage as there was a small leak in one of the bathrooms. Fortunately, our neighborhood handy-man, Gerry, was able to come and help us.
With the unpacking going well, we took a break and walked the 1/2 mile or so to "Crazy John's Pizza." It was nice to stretch our legs a bit and to meet some of our fellow townspeople, and the pizza was really yummy!
There was a nearly full moon over McCamey tonight. The sight of it hanging low in the sky over the church really made our day. Tomorrow is our first Sunday with the congregations in Iraan and McCamey. Say a pray for us!!
