Soup to nuts, a busy day

Thursday was another hot day in west Texas! Charles took off for San Angelo to take care of some car issues and some other errands that we needed tending to in the big city. On his way to San Angelo, Charles spotted a road runner, a six-point white tailed buck, and a couple of hawks. Also worth a picture this morning was the sign showing the tempreture of 46 degrees - though he doubted it gets that chilly in Big Lake, Texas in August very often!

With stops at the Toyota dealer, the tire shop, the windshield shop, Wal-mart, Sam's, the San Angelo District (of the SWTX - UMC) and of course, Schlotzky's, it was a full day for Charles! Of course, seeing some of San Angelo's sheep was also fun! On his way back to McCamey, he spotted a herd of pronghorn - such amazing creatures!

To cap the day off when Charles got home, Belinda needed to go out and the car wouldn't start. Always something, isn't it?
