So much love and attention were given to the table decorations and gifties presented to the women participating in this retreat! One woman lovingly hand-crafted tote bags with bright yellow daffodils. (Someone told Belinda that she does this every year.) --------------------
This year's theme was "Joy for the Heart." Being a summer-time retreat, it was fun to see the tables decorated with lovely yellow daffodils... and the refreshing lemonade provided was wonderful. Hard candy was "sweetly" enveloped in yellow tissue paper with encouraging words. And other hard candy had been placed inside lovely tissue-flowers with a Scripture reading attached. (Not shown are the fun back-scratchers with Scripture on them... and other fun-filled gifites.)

So much was done to make the retreat participants feel special... and loved! Praise be to God for the people who spent many hours preparing for this retreat!
