Day four of Charles' renewal leave saw us take the short drive to nearby Louisville for lunch and a tour of the local museum. We enjoyed lunch at The Huckleberry, a cafe located in a former bank building on Main Street. Belinda even had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert which was fitting since today was National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!
After lunch and a stroll, we went to the Louisville Historical Museum. The museum is located in three buildings next to each other - the main collection is in a former market, a three-room home, and a third building with an information collection of maps and a diarama of early Louisville.
