What a windy weekend this has been! Friday was hot and very, very windy and this continued into Saturday. We had temps in the upper 90's and lots of dust stirred up by the wind. By Sunday, a cold front had come into the Permian Basin and with it temps in the mid-50's! There is a rumor that the high tomorrow should hit 64F and a 30% chance of RAIN! This may not sound like a lot of chance, but for us, it is at least the hope for some relief to the drought.
Yesterday evening, we sat out on the patio and played Scrabble and enjoyed the beautiful flowers in our back garden.
