Nova Scotia: Day 2

At Bistro Le Chat Bleu
Our adventure today to us to the west, first to the town of Springhill. We discovered that this was the birthplace of Anne Murray, the famous Canadian singer. We visited the Anne Murray Centre where we got to learn about the impact she had on music and on Canada over the years.

After that, we set off in search of adventure, finding ourselves in New Brunswick (the province west of Nova Scotia) and the first winery of our trip. Winegarden Estate was a wonderful stop! We would have gotten some to bring home but didn't want to deal with the hassle of TSA.

Following up on a recommendation at the winery, we drove a short distance to Bistro Le Chat Bleu (the Blue Cat), and oh were we glad we did! We enjoyed some of the most amazing soups, bread, and cheese we've had in a long, long time!

We made a final stop back at Seagull Pewter (that Belinda discovered yesterday), finishing our Christmas shopping early!
