Nova Scotia: Day 3 (pt.2)

After lunch, we made a foray north along the Cabot Trail in search of a famous golf course, Cabot Cliffs Links, a beautiful setting and while it was tempting, Charles didn't play a round there as there was much more we wanted to see!

Passing through Whycocomagh, we spotted a huge chair at The Farmers Daughter Country Store which was begging for a photo op!

We drove through the Cape Breton countryside, enjoying the rich colors and the amazing vistas. We stopped for a bit to take in part of the Bras d'Or Lake Biosphere, a UNESCO Heritage site. With rain approaching, we decided to head for our bed in Pictou.
