Spending the night in Pictou (pronounced: Pick-toe), we were fortified by a wonderful breakfast at the B&B. We shared a meal with folk from Germany, California, and Toronto.
Before we reached the ferry to Prince Edward Island, we stopped at the Pictou harbor to see the Hector, the replica of the ship that brought the first Scottish settlers to the region.
The ferry ride to the island was only an hour long which made for a pleasant ride to the day's adventure!
