Today was the annual Cowboy Breakfast in Upton County held this year in Rankin's Dub Day Arena. This community event is put on by the Upton County Historical Society which this year honored pioneer families, the Barnsley's and the Abalos'.
We went with Bobbie & Bill Lester and met a bunch of FUMC members from McCamey who joined us in enjoying the "cowboy cuisine." On the menu was biscuits (made by our very own Gary Elliot) and gravy, scrambled eggs, saugage, and of course, home-made salsa! Peggy Kelton was the MC of the event.
