We arrived at Escondida in the early afternoon and promptly saw why folks rave about this place! The long, winding road south out of Kerrville took us deep into the Texas hill country. As the gates swung open at the resort entrance, we knew we were in for a treat. The setting is wonderful, and the room is amazing! But first, across the footbridge we must go... for a massage, post haste!
