Portland, day 4 (pt. 1)

The post-training vacation had its first full-day today as Charles hit the road early, heading downtown to attend church first thing.  He turned the wrong way down a street and missed attending the UMC where he had intended to go, instead he went to the First Congregational Church (United Church of Christ) which was a really nice faith community.

It was just as well he went to the this service as it was on the same block as two of the museums on Charles' list of things to do!
