Portland, day 5 (pt. 5)

A short walk from the Japanese Garden was one of the jewels of the northwest, the International Rose Test Garden.  With Portland billing itself as "the Rose City," Charles knew this would be a treat but didn't know the half of it!

Set on 4.5 acres, the garden contains more than 10,000 rose plantings of 600 varities, this place is simply beautiful (and free)!!!  After just few pictures Charles realized that taking pictures of every stunning bloom would require another week!
