Spending the night last night in McCamey was a good move for us as we were able to wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead of us. While still in McCamey, we stopped for a quick bite to eat at Elana's restaurant - the breakfast burritos are to die for!!!
We then stopped by the parsonage (in McCamey) to take another peek at where we'll be living come January. While we were there we chatted with Jim Witcher, one of the trustees of the First UMC in McCamey. Making our way to Iraan, we enjoyed the scenery on this beautiful late autumn morning.
When we arrived in Iraan, we made our way to the First UMC in Iraan, where we were met by James Jordan (the FUMC - Iraan lay leader). This is a really cute church with lots of possibilities for ministry!
