With the summer heat on in west Texas, we layed low today with only the odd foray to accomplish an errand or two on the agenda.
Belinda and Charles are both getting back into the reading habit during this time away from church life. Belinda has already gotten through 1 1/2 large novels from the Rio Concho West club house library. She is glad to be able to make use of this gem as well as the San Angelo public library.
Charles has finished reading Leonard Sweet's book, "So Beautiful" which is a really must read for any church member wanting to grow in the 21st century church/world. He just began "Praying with Icons" by Jim Forrest this morning, a fascinating insight into this ancient church practice.
