Charles took advantage of the pleasant weather this afternoon to visit two of San Angelo's parks, the Civic League's Water Lily Display and the Sunken Garden. Both sites offered a wonderful respite from the hustle of this west Texas city. With more of the upper 9o's/low 100's coming over the next few days, this was the best time to take in these hidden gems.
