With another cool (only in the mid-80s) day in store we were happy to be about the workday tasks.
Charles spent the morning in the office in McCamey working on getting ads for both churches into the "Top of Texas Football Magazine" and the CBS station (out of Midland) "Pigskin Preview" magazine. Football is really, really big in Texas and the feeling is that we need to get the word out about our churches where people are most apt to see it!
Belinda was working into the early evening at the wellness center today. A big chore for her today was sending out 900 postcard invitations to McCamey residents about the wellness center's open house on July 20th.
Charles did spend another 2 1/2 hours with AT&T to get the house connected to the 'net. No luck so far, perhaps tomorrow? In the afternoon he took a break to watch the Uruguay-Holland World Cup semi-final. What a great match won by the Dutch, 3-2.
