Today began with a "hare" raising sight: A jackrabbit was spotted at the corner of the church, enjoying the ambiance of a west Texas morning.

Belinda continued her amazing work at the wellness center. Each day sees another milestone being reached. Tomorrow the amazing photographic artwork will be installed!

This afternoon, Charles took advantage of the cool weather (it was only 92F) and got in nine holes of golf. A treat was seeing a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, one of the most acrobatic fliers around these parts. The birds are a constant source of enjoyment in McCamey. At home, we have a nest of barn swallows on the front porch. Sometimes, it can be a bit messy, but the birdies are a lot of fun to watch! And we are glad they have made a happy home here with us! Praise be to God for all the blessings of each and every day!!!
