Our Wednesdays are typically busy, and this week was no exception! Our day got off to a pretty start, as we were able to enjoy the view out the kitchen window. The pink hibiscus bush had two new blooms for us to enjoy! We were tickled to notice that all four of our rose bushes are in bloom at the same time. We planted three of the roses this summer, and the smallest one hadn't bloomed until today.
Belinda enjoyed her day at the wellness center, a tad quieter without the VIP visitors she welcomed yesterday! This morning, Charles attended the monthly meeting of the McCamey Ministerial Alliance. He returned home as the newly elected president of the organization for the coming year!
This evening, Belinda attended not one, but two music practices: The choir and the hand bell choir. Charles enjoyed his drive to and from Iraan this evening (he went to attend the First UMC's monthly Ad Board meeeting). On the way back to McCamey, he spotted two turkey vultures perched on a fence post. They looked relaxed, enjoying a pleasant west Texas evening.
