It was a full day for us on this beautiful fall day. At noon, Charles was involved in the monthy gathering of "Badgers for Christ," a lunch-devotional program put on by the First UMC in McCamey for the students and staff of the local high school.

Charles walked to the post office this afternoon, a mile each way, as part of his effort to work of some of this good-west Texas living! Belinda knew about it, as his activities were reported to Belinda at the wellness center (by someone who had passed him on... on her way to the wellness center)!

This evening, Belinda attended a lively choir practice at the church here in McCamey. It is such fun to hear good music and laughter in church mid-week!
