For those looking for regular reports from the wandering Alkula's, well, we've been without access to the internet since Thursday. This will be a recap of Thursday.
On Thursday, Belinda left Texas and flew into Atlanta, Georgia, where she was met by our friend, Dee Dee Grice. Charles in the meantime had left the friendly environs of Lake Junaluska and was making his way south to join them at Dee's Aunt Beth & Uncle Bill's compound near Douglasville, Georgia (just west of Atlanta).
On his way south, Charles passed by Franklin, NC, where he noticed a sign for the Scottish Tartans Museum. This was a fun place to visit and an enjoyable place to pick up some McVitties Digestive Biscuits for our tea time!
With the reunion of Charles and Belinda taking place, there was only one place to have a celebration meal, Cracker Barrel! This won't be the only stop on the Cracker Barrel map to be certain!!!
