We decided today to get some rest and just "do nothing." Charles did go to the cabin by the lake and cleaned the deck in preparation for staining. We told Judy and Leon that we'd do this chore as thanks for letting us stay with them.
After cleaning the deck, Charles took advantage of the beautiful weather to take the cabin's canoe out on Linde Lake for a spell (one lake down, 9,999 to go!). It was an adventure since Charles isn't the most nautically-able person around! Getting back to shore was fun, the fourth picture shows a tree with a piece of cloth, that is the marker for the channel back to the cabin's landing area!
