Feeling better after a few days with an aching foot, Charles decided to test himself with a "hike" around Lake Linde. When Charles had failed to return after two hours, Belinda went in search of her wayward husband. She finally found him hiking back, having failed to find a dry route around the lake's eastern end. The effort wasn't wasted, as Charles was able to enjoy the relatively "warm" weather and the sights and sounds of this special place.
